Ernest Pellegrino currently serves as the Executive Managing Director/Head of Garden State Securities, Inc.’s Investment Banking/Corporate Finance Dept., GSS Capital Group. Mr. Pellegrino manages GSS Capital Group, including structuring, negotiating, advising and assisting in placing capital for investment banking/corporate finance clients', as well as providing financial advisory services. Mr. Pellegrino brings over 24 years of experience.

Prior to joining Garden State Securities, Inc., Mr. Pellegrino was the Head of Investment Banking/Director of Corporate Finance Dept. for First Montauk Securities Corp., from December of 2000 until November 2008. Mr. Pellegrino was responsible for the management of the Corporate Finance Dept. and First Montauk Securities Inc.’s investment banking activities.Throughout his career and especially while serving as the Director of Corporate Finance Dept. for First Montauk Securities Corp., the Corporate Finance Dept. and he participated in and/or placed over $350 million of capital for various public and private companies. They were also involved in providing advisory services to their corporate clients, including merger/acquisition activity. During Mr. Pellegrino’s tenure, First Montauk Securities Corp. was consistently ranked in the PIPEs Report and other PIPE ranking services/publications, for the number of transactions placed and was ranked in the top 10 nationwide on numerous occasions.

Prior to Mr. Pellegrino’s employment at First Montauk Securities Corp., Mr. Pellegrino was the Executive Vice President and Head of Investment Banking of Coleman Securities Inc., from December of 1997 until December of 2000. From 1988 until 1997, Mr. Pellegrino served at various investment banking/brokerage firms as a Sr. Vice President, most notably Shearson Lehman Bros. and Gruntal & Co.

Mr. Pellegrino graduated from St. John’s University in 1988 with a BS in Finance. He currently holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 79 and Series 24 licenses with FINRA.

Mr. Daniel J. Walsh currently serves as a Managing Director of GSS Capital Group, the investment banking/corporate finance arm of Garden State Securities, Inc. Prior to joining GSS Capital Group, Mr. Walsh was with First Montauk Securities Corp. During his 18 year tenure at First Montauk Securities Corp. Mr. Walsh was a member of the Corporate Finance, Equity Trading and Private Client Departments. During his career, Mr. Walsh assisted in raising over $350 million for private and public companies as well as assisted in providing banking consultation/advisory services. During Mr. Walsh’s tenure, First Montauk Securities Corp. was consistently ranked in the PIPEs Report and other PIPE ranking services, for the number of transaction placed and was ranked in the top 10 nationwide on numerous occasions.

Mr. Walsh currently assists GSS Capital Group in structuring, negotiating, advising and assisting in placing capital for investment banking/corporate finance clients, as well as providing financial advisory services. He has been engaged in the investment banking/ securities business for over 22 years. He currently holds several registrations with FINRA including the Series 7, 24, 55, 63 and 79. Prior to his employment at First Montauk Securities, Corp., Mr. Walsh was the head of trading operations for Sherman Fitzpatrick & Co. and Sr. Vice President with Vanderbilt Securities.

Mr. Max Povolotsky currently serves as a Managing Director of GSS Capital Group, the investment banking/corporate finance arm of Garden State Securities, Inc. He has been engaged in the investment banking, investment advisory and securities business for 17 years. Before joining Garden State Securities, Inc., he served as Vice President of Private Client Group/Corporate Finance Department at First Montauk Securities Corp. from April 2001 through October 2008. During Max's time at First Montauk Securities Corp’s, Corporate Finance Dept., and at his previoues firms, he participated in raising in excess of $350 million for public and private companies. From July 1999 through April 2001 Max was a Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at First Atlanta Securities, LLC, From November 1995 through July 1999 Mr. Povolotsky was employed at JW Genesis Securities, a New York Stock Exchange member firm. During Max's time at JW Genesis, he was a member of the Presidents Club in 1998 and 1999. From 1993 through 1995, Max was employed at Josephthal Lyon & Ross & Inc., a New York Stock Exchange member firm.

Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University.He currently holds several registrations with FINRA including the Series 7, 24 and 79. He is married and has three boys.

Kathleen M. Riviere currently serves as the Executive Administrator for Garden State Securities Inc.'s Corporate Finance/Investment Banking Dept., GSS Capital Group.
